The Natural Products Expo child and childcare policy was created to ensure the safety of the babies, children and parents who attend our shows. Safety is still of primary importance to us, and we look forward to working with parents to safeguard the wellbeing of all children in attendance at Natural Products Expo and any co-located events in 2023. The following are included in our child and childcare policy:
Please note: No one under 18 years of age will be allowed on the show floor during move-in and move out.
Important: No strollers or Rolling bags are allowed on the trade show floor. All Child Badges will be distributed ONLY at the Childcare Registration (located in the Broad St. Atrium). No other registration areas will allow Child Badge pick-up. Read current policy.
Anyone 16 years and older must qualify to register as an attendee or exhibitor and will be required to sign a waiver and show business proof (for examples click here).
Childcare is available on-site in room 122B through our partner, KiddieCorp, who is in its third decade of providing high quality children’s programs and youth services to conventions, trade shows and special events. KiddieCorp has enjoyed a long-time partnership with the American Academy of Pediatrics, which has helped to establish KiddieCorp as a premier provider of event children’s program services. ALL Childcare and Child badges must be handled at Child Registration, located in Broad St. Atrium. Available Service includes ALL Child Registration and General Registration. First come first serve/fills up fast.
Children 15 years and younger are required to have a Children’s Badge and must be under adult supervision at all times. You will be required to present proof of age (i.e. birth certificate, government/state issued ID/school ID).
Child Badge: $55.00
*Only 1 Child Badge will be issued per registered adult and must be picked up at the Child Registration counter located in the Broad St. Atrium.
If you will not be using childcare and would like your child to attend the event, you will need to register for a Child Badge at the Child Registration counter located in the Broad St. Atrium.
