Trade Show Floor FAQs

September 21-23, 2023 (Thurs/Fri: 10am-6pm, Sa: 10am-4pm)

Harvest Festival:
September 20, 2023 (Wed: 2pm-6pm)

Each attendee is permitted to exit the show floor with one sample bag per day. It has been determined from both attendee and exhibitor feedback that one sample bag per day is sufficient enough to bring home product and literature from the show floor. Additional bags will be donated to the local food banks and charities.

For safety reasons, rolling carts, rolling bags, strollers and bags with wheels are not permitted on the show floor during show floor hours, except where such carts or bags are a medical necessity. Numerous bag checks are available throughout the Expo East campus to store these items.

Education FAQs

Anyone 16 years and older must qualify to register as an attendee or exhibitor and will be required to show business proof.
