Rachel is a nationally-recognized dietitian and certified natural chef who believes “nutrition is as personal as a fingerprint”—meaning we each have our own unique health fingerprint and, therefore, our own unique health solutions. She partners with companies and organizations to help them be a part of the solution to creating a healthier and more sustainable food environment and educates the public and industry thought leaders and stakeholders through public speaking, spokesperson work, private consult, and industry panel discussions. Rachel has conducted 1,000+ interviews to provide food and nutrition expertise to top media outlets and is a contributing editor to Food Management and Supermarket News magazines.
