Noberasco is the only company able to boast the significant added value represented by its continuous pasteurisation production process. The hydration phase gives the product the required level of humidity and thus the soft consistency typical of Noberasco products. The crucial phase, however, is the pasteurisation, which guarantees stability and a lengthy shelf life, keeping the product extremely soft without the use of preservatives. Noberasco has various types of machinery able to pack products in doypacks, cushioned or square bottom bags, jars or boxes. Noberasco has a yearly production capacity of 5000 tons of soft fruit and 2500 tons of dried fruit and nuts.
Our Bio Organic products (soft prunes and apricots, dates, figs, organic salad fruit, italian soft tomatoes ready to eat, dried wellness mix) are entirely free of pesticides, fertilizers, synthetic chemical substances, colouring agents and genetically modified organisms (GMO).
