What if I am at the show and have forgotten what I want to attend?

Visit the Show Directory Kiosks at the convention center. You can view and create a schedule of events and education sessions there.

How do I register?

You can register online.  Click on register at the top right hand side of the page for specific details. Please call 866.458.4935 or 303.390.1776 with any questions.

How can a company contract a booth for Natural Products Expo?

An account manager can be contacted directly to assist you with booth selection; or you may fill out an application and exhibit space contract and return it with a deposit to our offices immediately following the current show. We will assign booths first-come, first-served. Please call 866.458.4935, or 303.939.8440 to be connected to your area's Account Manager.

Can children attend educational sessions?

Children 16 years and older must qualify to register as an attendee or exhibitor and will be required to show business proof (for examples, click here). Children 15 years and younger are required to have a Children's Badge and must be under adult supervision at all times. You will be required to present proof of age (i.e. birth certificate, government/state issued ID). Only one Children's Badge will be issued per adult. All Children's Badges must be picked up at onsite registration. Children under 18 are not allowed on the show floor during move-in and move-out.

Can anyone attend the Expo?

Natural Products Expo is a trade show and is not open to the general public. For information on who is eligible and what business proof is acceptable, please review the Admission policies.

How can I green my travel?

More information on Greening your travel.

I want to be a speaker! - How can I be included in your program?

Proposals may be submitted to the Education Manager for review on the Natural Products Expo website.

How can an exhibiting company get more exposure at the trade show?

Whether the objective of your show is to educate attendees on your science, launch a new product line, or dominate the category, your booth space is only the start of your company’s ability to draw attention to your products or services. Make the very most of the trade show experience! Refer to the promotional opportunities section for a list of ideas and packages.

Oh no! I missed a session I really wanted to attend. What can I do?

All of the New Hope Sessions and most of the Exhibitor Presented Seminars are available for download after the show, on the Natural Products Expo website.

How do I get to the Expo?

We have negotiated discounts with companies to help in getting here. For information review the Travel and Accomodations page.

Is there an extra charge to attend the Educational Sessions, or the Keynote?
While most educational sessions are included with your registration, we do have some sessions that require a fee to attend.  You can upgrade to attend those sessions while registering or by visiting your personalized Dashboard after registering (see your confirmation email for details), or by calling 866.458.4935.
How can I find information on Exhibitors, Education and Events at the show?
In an effort to continually green our events, we will be producing a Show Directory map instead of a printed Buyers’ Guide. For a complete customizable list of exhibitors, education and events use the Show Directory.
Why can't I bring my rolling cart on the show floor?

For safety reasons, rolling carts, rolling bags, strollers and bags with wheels are not permitted on the show floor during show floor hours. A bag check is available at the convention center to store these items. Complete listing of show policies.

May children attend the show?

Children 16 years and older must qualify to register as an attendee or exhibitor and will be required to show business proof (for examples, click here). Children 15 years and younger are required to have a Children's Badge and must be under adult supervision at all times. You will be required to present proof of age (i.e. birth certificate, government/state issued ID). Only one Children's Badge will be issued per adult. All Children's Badges must be picked up at onsite registration. Children under 18 are not allowed on the show floor during move-in and move-out.

How do I make hotel reservations?

The company handling hotel reservations is onPeak. They provide discounted rooms close to the convention center. Using our official housing vendor guarantees you a set rate. You can view a list of available hotels by going to the Travel and Accommodations page.

Will handouts be available at the sessions?
While many speakers like to use handouts, some do not. If the speaker provides a handout to us, it will be available for download after the show on the Natural Products Expo website.
What is the cost to attend the show?

The cost to attend depends on your business type. Refer to the Admissions policies for more information.

How do I obtain an invitation letter in order to get my visa to enter the United States?
