Thank you for your interest in attending Natural Products Expo East!

Admission Policies: Please Read

1. Natural Products Expo East is a private trade show and is not open to the public. In order for you to register and attend the event you may be required to provide Proof of Business to qualify your store/company. To find pricing information and requirements for Proof of Business click here.


2. We require all attendees to register each year for Natural Products Expo East. Your registration from a previous year or event does not carry over to this year’s event.


3. All qualifications are based on the company’s qualification, NOT the attendee’s job title, or description. (i.e. a buyer for a manufacturing company will qualify as a manufacturer)


4. Previous attendance to this or any other New Hope Natural Media event does not necessarily qualify you for attendance. Therefore, even if you attended a New Hope event in the last two years you may be asked to provide your Proof of Business.


5. Every third year you must re-submit your store/company’s Proof of Business.

Qualified Retail Buyers, Brokers and Distributors register for FREE through August 16, 2013. Registration fees vary according to your Business Type. Read more about Business Types and Proof of Business here.

Admission Policy

All persons planning to attend Natural Products Expo East must be registered. Natural Products Expo East is a private trade show open to the trade only, and not open to the public. Individuals who cannot document their direct, professional affiliation to the trade are not qualified to attend the trade show.

Proof of Business must be presented in order for you to be registered for the event. You must present business credentials to qualify your store/company. See below for accepted forms of business proof for each registration type. We reserve the right to request additional buyer credentials if we deem it necessary, as well as ask for updated credentials even if you have attended in the past.

Previous attendance does not necessarily qualify you for this or any other New Hope Natural Media Event.

Business Type Definitions/Pricing

There is no registration fee for qualifying retail buyer, distributor, broker and importer/exporter attendees who register on or before the pre-registration deadline. After that date, registration fees apply for all registrants.

Please note that all qualifications are based on the company's qualification, NOT the attendee's job title, or description, i.e., a buyer for a manufacturing company will still qualify as a manufacturer.

Retail Buyer	Free	$25	$55
Definition: Owns or works for a retail store, restaurant, or food services. This includes mail order or web based catalogs. The stores and catalogs must sell more than one product line to an end user. Acceptable forms of business proof include one of the following: Retail Tax license Product catalog Web site that directly sells products to an end consumer Business card that has information of retail practices Letter of Intent (from an attorney or bank on official letterhead stating the intent to start a business — this is acceptable for new business only).
Distributor	Free	$25	$55
Definition: Includes Wholesalers, Distributors, Brokers, Importer and Exporters of finished products. To qualify as a Distributor, you must be a 3rd party distributor of more than one Manufacturer's line in addition to any brands owned by your company. If you distribute ingredients or other "products" to be used in finished products see Supplier below. Acceptable forms of business proof include one of the following: Order forms showing multiple product lines Business card showing business type Letter of Intent (from an attorney or bank on official letterhead stating the intent to start a business — this is acceptable for new business only).
Health Practitioner Buyer	Free	$25	$55
Definition: Owners or staff of health clubs, gyms, spas and salons. Also includes those involved in the field of medicine whether traditional or alternative. Acceptable forms of business proof include one of the following: Tax license Medical license Product catalog Web site describing the practices of the individual or business. Business card that shows type of business. Letter of Intent (from an attorney or bank on official letterhead stating the intent to start a business — this is acceptable for new business only).
Manufacturer	$345	$345	$350
Definition: Manufactures finished products that are ready for an end user. A third party that produces a finished product for a company (Contract Manufacturer). Private label company utilizing a contract manufacturer. Acceptable forms of business proof include one of the following: Website describing manufacturing process Business card that shows type of business Product catalog Letter of Intent (from an attorney or bank on official letterhead stating the intent to start a business — this is acceptable for new business only).
Supplier	$345	$345	$350
Definition: Provides raw materials, ingredients or packaging for manufacturing finished products. This includes farms, suppliers of food materials, raw minerals, equipment and packaging. This includes distributors of “products” listed above, used in the manufacturing of a finished product. Acceptable forms of business proof include one of the following: Website describing manufacturing process Business card that shows type of business Product catalog Letter of Intent (from an attorney or bank on official letterhead stating the intent to start a business — this is acceptable for new business only).
Business Services	$345	$345	$350
Definition: Schools and universities, government workers, and those that work for or represent the people and companies in the previous categories in such areas as advertising / public relation, banking, consultants, labs or research firms. Acceptable forms of business proof include one of the following: Business card that shows type of business Web sites School ID
Guest	$375	$375	$500
Definition: Any attendee not directly or indirectly involved in the Natural Products Industry.

Exhibitor Registration

1. Login through the Exhibitor Registration Portal
2. Enter your company's key contact person with all information
3. After entering your key contact you may then register your Exhibit Staff and Guests

Press Registration

Qualified press is welcome and invited to attend Natural Products Expo East. To register as Press, you will be asked to present Press Credentials in advance.
