Travel Green, Save Green

Qualified buyers attending the show can ride a regional bus or train to the show and Expo East will reimburse you up to $50--just visit the Travel Green, Save Green Desk in registration (level 400) with your receipt and badge to claim your reimbursement.

Create a Profile and Save a Plan for Your Show

We're saving millions of sheets of paper by producing a Show Directory Map instead of a Buyers’ Guide! The Show Directory Map is a condensed, easy-to-carry guide for your use onsite that will list only basic information. Please use the Show Directory (Online) as your up-to-the-minute exhibitor list and show itinerary of all of the exhibitors, events, and education available at Expo East.

Greening Your Travel

New Hope Natural Media has teamed up with the non-profit Bonneville Environmental Foundation (BEF) to offset the environmental impacts of Expo East/Organic Summit. Attendees and Exhibitors can green their travel to and from the event through the purchase of renewable energy certificates. Join the Green Team and choose to offset your travel when you register online! If you have already registered but would like to offset your travel to Expo East, please call Customer Service at 1.866.458.4935.
