Although most of the 600+ producers PCO works with are within Pennsylvania, the organization provides certification in 9 additional states throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. PCO offers programs for a diverse array of agricultural production, including dairy, poultry, beef, lamb, field crops, produce, orchards, mushrooms, snack foods, canned goods, cosmetics and maple products.
