Marta Cyhan has been driving value creation for companies throughout her 20+ year marketing career. As Catalina’s Head of Marketing, Marta is responsible for evolving Catalina’s brand and bringing to life Catalina’s value proposition as it continues to expand its capabilities and services. Marta’s focus is showcasing Catalina’s shopper intelligence and engagement in delivering actionable marketing solutions to drive growth among global brands and retail partners.

Marta has served as a top marketing executive for leading global consumer products companies, including Kellogg’s, Avon and Pampered Chef, and specialty marketing firm, MAC Presents. Through her own branding and marketing consulting practice, Marta served as key advisor to corporate, private equity and media clients on the development of marketing strategies and integrated platforms that leverage social, digital and media resources to drive differentiated brand interactions.

In all of her endeavors, Marta has utilized her broad commercial perspectives, extensive leadership acumen, and keen consumer insights to positively impact revenue, profit, and market share outcomes across corporate, category, brand and product portfolios. Marta’s expertise in corporate reputation, brand building and innovative marketing has elevated and strengthened brand perception for the companies she has represented.

Marta holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Wayne State University, and has completed numerous leadership development programs throughout her 20+ year career. Marta has been a speaker at numerous high-profile industry events including the Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival, Advertising Week and Harvard Business School Summits.
