Childcare Details and Policy

The Natural Products East policy was created to ensure the safety of the babies, children and parents who attend our shows. Safety is still of primary importance to us, and we look forward to working with parents to safeguard the wellbeing of all children in attendance at Natural Products Expo and any co-located events in 2017.

Important: No strollers or Rolling bags are allowed on the trade show floor. Read current policy. All Child Badge will be distributed ONLY at the Childcare Registration. No other registration areas will allow Child Badge pick-up. Read current policy.

No one under 18 years of age will be allowed on the show floor during move-in and move-out.

Anyone 16 years and older must qualify to register as an attendee or exhibitor and will be required to show business proof (for examples click here).

Childcare: $25.00/day

Childcare is available on-site through our partner, KiddieCorp is in its thirty-first year of providing high quality children’s programs and youth services to conventions, trade shows and special events. KiddieCorp has enjoyed a long-time partnership with the American Academy of Pediatrics, which has helped to establish KiddieCorp as a premier provider of event children’s program services. Saturday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Available Service include All Child Registration and General Registration. First come first serve/fills up fast.

Badges for Teenagers

Children 15 years and younger are required to have a Children’s Badge and must be under adult supervision at all times. You will be required to present proof of age (i.e. birth certificate, government/state issued ID/school ID).

Child Badge: $25.00

* Only 1 children’s badge will be issued per registered adult. All Children’s Badges must be picked up at the child care office.

Child Badge Pickup Process

If you will not be using the child care and would like your child to attend the event, you will need to register for a child badge at the child care office in room 344. A liability waiver will need to be completed for each child in attendance at the event. There is $25.00 fee for a badge for a child 15 and under. 16 and over must qualify to attend as an adult.
